TERMS & CONDITIONS
- MAXIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: 10 total items per person
per order. We can fill larger orders with advance notice; please
email us if
you want to order more than 10 DVDs or tapes at once.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This project is run by volunteers
and isn't set up to process refunds. If your DVD or VHS tape
arrives damaged, please contact
us and we'll make arrangements for a replacement.
- For online ordering, all payments must be made in advance
via Paypal. If you want to pay by check or money order, you'll
need to fill out and mail in the paper
order form.
- Most orders ship within 2 business days after you send your
payment. If an order will take some time to fill, we'll send
you email to let you know.
- Shipping is normally via USPS first class. Larger orders
are occasionally shipped via USPS "media rate", which
is much less expensive than first class.
- All DVDs are enclosed in individual protective plastic cases
and mailed in a heavy-duty envelope or box. VHS tapes are mailed
in a padded envelope or box.
- We can ship to U.S. addresses only.
- Express mail or other overnight shipping isn't available,
sorry.
OTHER INFORMATION
- The DVDs/tapes are not for commercial resale.
- You're free to make copies with your own DVD burner (for
the DVDs) or pair of VCRs (for the VHS tapes). Both PFLAG San
Jose and More Light Presbyterians encourage you to copy the Hearts
& Minds series and share tapes or DVDs with friends, on a
noncommercial basis. The exact copyright restrictions and duplication
rules appear at the end of every show.
- To order large quantities (over 10 items), please email
in advance to discuss your order and how fast we might be
able to fill it.
