Please see the web page for a description of the content of each tape/DVD. ---------------------------------------------------------------- TERMS Payments for Hearts & Minds DVDs and tapes are processed by More Light Presbyterians board member Bruce Hahne, who manages duplication and mailing on behalf of MLP. For orders mailed using this form, I accept checks or money orders. Shipping is via USPS first-class mail. All DVDs are enclosed in individual protective plastic cases and mailed in a paper or padded envelope. VHS tapes are mailed in padded envelopes. I can ship to U.S. addresses only. I will need to return-to-sender any order form with incorrect payment, an unreadable postal address on the order form, orders requesting shipping to non-US addresses, etc. RETURNS: This project is run by volunteers on a cost-recovery basis, so we're not set up to easily take returns or do refunds. If you're uncertain whether you can play a DVD-R on your DVD player, please check the compatibility chart at http://www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers.php, or order one DVD and test it before you place an order for more. If the DVDs that you receive don't play on your DVD player AND your player is listed as capable of reading DVD-R discs on the www.dvdrhelp.com site, please email me and we'll discuss the problem. PRICING: $3.25 per DVD and $9.50 per VHS tape, plus a $2.00 per-order packaging/handling fee. To make life easier, here are some questions that some people might ask, with my answers. Q: I need my order yesterday, can you ship if I promise to get you a check later? A: Sorry, I need to receive your payment in advance. Q: I need you to FedEx my order. A: Sorry, I only ship USPS (U.S. postal service), first class. Q: I need 70 DVDs, what should I do? A: Buy one copy from MLP, buy a DVD burner for your computer, buy DVD duplication software, buy some blank DVD-R discs, and burn away! The DVD's aren't copy protected, and you're allowed to duplicate them for nonprofit, noncommercial use. Q: I ordered 10 DVDs previously but now I need 10 more, can I do that? A: Yes, that's OK, I can take multiple orders from the same person as long as they're spread out over time.
