Scholarship and Mentorship Program Deadline Extended

The deadline for HRC's Religion and Faith Program's Scholarship and Mentorship Program for Religious and Theological Study has extended to March 31, 2010. This program consists of two parts: (1) a dissertation scholarship for students finishing their doctorate work and (2) a summer institute for students at the beginning stages of their doctoral work or finishing their M.A., M.A.H.L., M.Div, et al. with plans to continue their education in a doctoral program. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation LGBT Scholarship and Mentorship program for Religious and Theological Study seeks to encourage and promote the dialogue on LGBT issues and religion in seminaries and, by extension, in our congregations and communities by investing in the next generation of LGBTQ and allied scholars.
